This special Michael Parkes Birthday Calendar was created for Michael Parkes’ 70th birthday on October 12, 2014. The calendar is available in a Deluxe Collector’s Edition signed by Michael Parkes and a regular, unsigned edition. The calendar shows twelve recent Michael Parkes’ paintings, one for each month, many of which have never been published before.

It has been years since a Michael Parkes calendar was released so this 2014 edition is a must have for every Michael Parkes fan. A perfect Christmas gift.

A word from Michael Parkes
“On October 12th of this year I will celebrate my 70th birthday.

Because of this special date, my friend and master printer, Marcel Salome, has given me a wonderful gift of a beautifully designed birthday calendar. Unlike a yearly calendar, a birthday calendar can be used over and over to remind you of those special people in your life.

Marcel has designed my last three books and prints all of my limited editions. The ‘Michael Parkes’ 70th Anniversary Birthday Calendar’ was a wonderful gift to me, but I thought it was too beautiful to have made just one.

So I have persuaded Marcel to publish the calendar with a special deluxe, signed edition of 1000 copies. Most of the images in the calendar have never been published in my books. The calendar is available worldwide.”

This Collector’s Edition has a special cover with embossed gold and is signed by Michael Parkes. The inside pages also have a spot UV varnish on top of the images. The calendar is printed with the highest quality materials on 200 grams silk paper and 240 card stock cover and back sheet.

The regular edition of this beautiful calendar is not signed by Michael Parkes but is also printed with the highest quality materials on 200 grams silk paper with a 240 grams card stock cover and back sheet.
